I wonder how many post titles I have that say GRRR!
Well, it's been a far interesting week. First off, my car's transmission is shot...AGAIN! The people in Greeley apparently fucked it up royally, so now I won't have it back until Thursday (and I have to get my hair straightened on Tuesday, so my dad has to leave work to go take me there...which sucks for him.) I also have a job interview on Wednesday and Bath and Body Works at 8:30 in the morning so, I have to wake up early that day to get to Greeley in time, go to my interview, and then go straight back so my dad has his car for the rest of the day (which also means that I can't go to Monica's thing at Old C's because I have NO WAY to get there....blah!)
I also got my grade for my anatomy class I was taking and while I didn't fail, I didn't pass with a C or better either, so I'm just hoping that my advisor says, yeah that they'll be able to count that class since I took it and at least passed it. We'll see what happens, and I'll be really REALLY pissed if I have to take it a THIRD time. I was talking to my neighbor who is a nurse and she says anatomy is ridiculously hard and my doctor actually said the same thing. It also didn't help that my teacher was a moron and half the stuff I got counted off for was for spelling. I'm sure if he didn't count spelling, I would have gotten at least a C. GRR!
On top of it all...I got an e-mail from Peter saying that the student cook thing is changing and all I'll be doing is help set up fruits and vegetables on the salad end (which I did end up liking better than actually working with the cooks and that was the one part I enjoyed about my job)...but the bad thing is that Peter is taking FOREVER AND A DAY to get back to me with various information. He says the schedule I want may not work since he's changing "student cook status" or whatever...so I sent him a new one that might work and I have yet to hear back to him. I actually would rather work there then in retail because in this case I can go home for Christmas and be able to work and Bed, Bath and Beyond like I promised them I would...I could go home on weekends if the occasion stood for it, and it just works better with school because they are aware that school has to come first and are very flexible. But he needs to respond quicker than he has been. I just want to know that I have something there because if he says that I definitely have it, I'm probably just going to end up taking the dining hall thing because it's less stress with school since I'll be working less hours.
But, yeah, that's all. I just got home from a grueling 4 days in Texas a couple of hours ago. It really is too freaking hot down there. But I got a lot of new clothes that I can wear for school and got to see some family, so that was good.
I'm just really looking forward to going back to Greeley and starting a new year. I really can't wait to get back into the swing of things again. I can't wait to see you all on Saturday!
